I was nervous because I've never changed my hair colour before, but Jackie was amazing and I love how my hair turned out! Another stylist, Laurie, was also helping and she also took care of me very well. I had a great overall experience! 10/10 would recommend!

The team was very careful with my hair as I had to bleach it 3 times. I would definitely recommend her to everyone! She also trimmed my hair at the end so that my new hair colors would look good. She is so communicative and nice as I had a lot of questions since it was my first time at a salon!

I believe staff can take some more time to wash hairs with more deep cleaning through the scalp and massage a bit longer for 45 dollars charge. But I liked the ambience, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

She always gives the right advice! She would patiently answer all my questions and give suggestions. She is so good at coloring and perming hair. I can't stop recommending her！

We had consultation and they tried their best to give me color options that was close to the hair color I wanted. I was so happy with the results and was so thankful for the care they put in my hair as I have a sensitive scalp. The staff are so professional and so nice. I also had a wolf cut and its was amazing how perfectly it came out from the reference I showed. They aslo give me tips on how to style it. Overall this salon is just amazing definitely recommend it!!!!

Despite the recommendations for the lenght of my hair, it was a little is pricey for bleaching and colour for half, or even less than half of the head (hidden colour style). I paid about 430$ for bleaching (once), and a colour that washes away (because it was cheaper? For a silver). I've dyed my hair often and would purchase professional colours and bleach, as my hobby is hairstyling. And usually I spend 200$ at other salons. But anyhow, they also have a membership, which I believe it is helpful if you like to get you hair done often within the year. Thats my take for this experience. The sad note is the intense rubbing of the bleach on my hair when applying it. Never saw people do it extremely this much, when brushing it and slightly touching it should do the work. Especially if you already are using so much foils for small amount of hair. My hair was broken a lot because of it, and need to apply hair oils in my hair. Not the end of the world, but just a little more care in my end.
