B	Bruno Primerano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store litttt bro make u look like a fetus again I'm telling you these guys have the best skin like in Korea especially mans could be 80 looking like they only lived on this planet for 2 years. Not a single fine line or wrinkle. The skin care and products they sell are obviously the priced a little high, but considering the fact that majority of the products they sell are imported, it's still pretty good considering Sephora and other beauty places are cakee. But the only thing that cheesed me was that everything is in another language like you need to make that worker walk around everywhere with you just to know what you're buying. Spent 200$ and got a lot of things. Gonna go back!!!

I purchased almost $100 stuff tonight and only ask her for some suggestions, but she is so impatient and rude. Sounds like she doesn’t want customers showing up at the store to bother her. And this is the second time I have that feeling at finch location store. Never go into this branch again unless I want to pay for the tough poker-face attitude.

She has no clue how to serve customers in a pandemic and multiple people are waiting outside during the cold winter. I don’t mind staying outside while she was serving a customer who just browsing different products but I do hope the store can train their employee better to handle such situation, in stead of showing me her attitude and saying “No”. I left because of her bad attitude. I end up going to another J-beauty store which is on the other side of Younge Street. I used to but a lot at this store but never ever again. Stay away, there’re plenty places in north York you can buy J-beauty products, not only at this store.
l	lucy h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to spend so much in the store, but never again. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in line if there is any customer in the front of you. I went to. the store today. There were two customers in the front of me discussing what lens they are going to buy. The staff just put me in waiting no matter how long the customers in front of you are discussing. Even if I complained that I just want to pick up, make the payment and leave, the two employees are so rude in response of just "no". I ends up for waiting over 15 minutes just for the two in the front of me made their decision on their lens. Also, the service is so cold and rude. Not even an asking for "receipt or not"! I went back to the store to ask for the receipt after leaving.

R	Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU CAN PLEASE!!!! I’ve never had such horrible service. This is my first time ever posting a review and it’s well needed. There are no prices in this store on any products, I was coming in to buy my usual Japanese eyeliner that I usually get from T&T. They charged be $20 for the eyeliner including tax when elsewhere it’s way cheaper. The cashier not only did not say hi or welcome or anything, but did not tell me the price before I paid and refused to give me a refund when I didn’t even exit the store. I was explaining to her that you cannot refuse someone a refund because you 1. Did not tell them the price 2. Did not say it’s final sale nor is it listed. Absolutely horrible business. Don’t go here unless you want to get scammed out of your money.
