During treatment, don't you get cluttered and do assists and then leave?
It was uneasy and unpleasant the whole time, and worst of all, the arrogant attitude of the receptionist. This discomfort seems to last for a very long time.
Absolutely shit!!

I had a severe toothache, so even though I was in a hurry, I was kindly guided to receive medical treatment on the day. The female doctor also kindly explained to me about the treatment and provided only necessary treatment, so I was treated with confidence. The progress after treatment is also good, so I highly recommend it.

β β β β β I've been in to see Dr.Yae a few times now and I would recommend to anyone!!! Work is always professional, price is better than most other clinics.
I had extensive teeth damage from an old motorcycle accident 15 years ago. I needed an implant, treat cavities and cracks. I've spent thousands 10 years ago to fix as much as I could afford back then.. which was only half of my mouth. I'm not sure if dental care has come a long way since 10 years ago or if this place was just better... Recent fixes were way more affordable, quicker, and looks better!

β β β β β The doctors performance is not the reason for the 1 star. The business as a whole will have a hard time thriving as the receptionist is very rude, short and impatient with people. She has made me feel like I am being serviced out of their good will, and not an actual paying customer that should be respected. She cringes when questions are asked and lets out a loud sigh whenever I ask her to repeat something that I missed during explanations. Due to the horrible experiences I have had with the receptionist I will never return and urge others to find another practice.
