β β β β β Since January 2021, CANADA CARGO SHIPPING has been our trusted carrier. For 7 months of work, the company has proven itself from the best side. One of the advantages is the low price. Among the disadvantages - long delivery times. We also strongly ask the CCS management to work out the issue of prompt processing of applications so as not to wait for two or three days for a response. And also do something, please, something with the phone. I would still like to get through from time to time)))
Please do not consider this a criticism. So, friendly remarks. The faster you will carry-the more we will sell. The more we sell , the more you will carry.

β β β β β I'm not even sure how to express my anger here. My mom Irina Sergeeva hired them to deliver a big item from Belarus.
This is THE WORST company and customer service to deal with. They have a phone, which never gets answered. They have an email, which is ignored. They also have a Moscow and New York phone numbers, which are not even in service! What a scam.
We were working with them to deliver goods from Belarus. Our goods have arrived October 8th. Everyday we are paying the fee because the goods cannot be released. This so called company hasn't paid the shipping fee to the shipping company. They are holding to our bill of lading, preventing us from picking up the goods ourselves. We have paid almost 3000 dollars for their "services". We now have to add the amount that we paid for the goods being stored. They first lied saying that the goods are in que to be released. Meanwhile, when I called the warehouse, the goods are good to go as long as they are released by the shipping company (yeah, that's the one they failed to pay and provide documents to).
Please don't work with these people. We are going to be taking these people to court because this is absolutely unacceptable.
The owner of the company Sergei is an absolute scumbag. Stay away and spend your money on the proper shipping and cargo companies. It makes me sick that people like him are scumming customers daily.

β β β β β The most unprofessional shipping service you can imagine. They are slow, rude, and offer nothing in terms of service.
I used their service to send 2 parcels to Russia(Rostov-on-Done) and then to Donetsk. It took 5 months for them to deliver to Rostov and than another 2 weeks to reach Donetsk. No tracking available on companyβs website, so we just must believe the tracking info provided by Sergei (if he has a time to reply). After almost 6 months my packages finally reached destination! Amazing! Though they arrived repackaged..
Due to the delay and the exceeded 2.5 months delivery time, Sergei promised a refund. The company requested I submit a declaration for the refund, which was sent on time. After 5 months, I still havenβt received the refund. When I followed up with Sergei, he kept stalling (how long does it take to issue a refund?), became quite rude, and told me to wait quietly or he would not issue any refund. It's quite clear that he never intended to do so, to begin with.
The only outcome is unprofessional, rude behavior and zero customer-respect attitude.
Please do not waste your time and money. Will take years for them to learn how to speak on the phone with the customer in a professional manner. Very disappointing and sad at the same time. Very 'Russian' attitude to business - avoid this service and save your sanity.
