Such a cute little gelato place recommended by a friend. I fell in love the 1st time around and found out that there’s a bigger one in DT. Their Vietnamese coffee (with cone) was my favourite but the Earl Grey and Rosewater Pistachio are equally amazing. Very economical and fast service. Must have!

Love their self-serve kiosk making ordering so easy. The staff got the order out fast, by calling your name, so don’t go far! I really enjoy their variety of flavours and so far the rose water and pistachio, almond tofu, black sesame and Vietnamese coffee is a winner for me. The soursop gelato was interesting too, but on the sweet side. The earl grey was disappointing, couldn’t taste the bergamot.

Have tried the gelato and bbt with different combos and they were delicious! The tapioca is really nice, fresh, and chewy. And some interesting flavours of tea and gelato. Have tried Saigon Fog + Vietnamese Coffee, Saigon Fog + Thai Iced Tea, and Rose Honey + Almond Tofu Gelato. Definitely recommend anyone to check this place out!

The BEST flavours, easy to use self serve wickets and friendly service. Tried jasmine tea and Thai tea Gelato and it was excellent! The flavours really pop while not being very sweet. Eat it quick though because it melts quickly, but worth it! Will definitely be back to try the other flavours

Loved the location downtown and so happy they have made it uptown! Super excited I got to go to kekou’s new location! Like the downtown location, everything was superb! The ice cream was creamy and so flavourful! The service was on point and they have an awesome way to have everything set up so you just grab your ice cream and go! The new contactless ordering is very easy to use! Figured it out in seconds, and no mistakes made to the orders like some contactless ones can be! Perfect experience overall and so happy you guys are in the area now! Congrats on the opening! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics and more amazing content!

I visited again today - Aug. 05/21 and ordered another item - Green Tea Matcha with Oat Milk and tapioca with less sugar. Less sugar means instead of a 5 it is a 3. I like the fact that I can taste the matcha and the tea bitterness. The brew is good. I also like the fact that they did not overload on the ice. The price of a regular was enough for me. I will be returning and appreciate their dairy alternative since I cannot have milk products. July 2021 - I visited today. I found this location about a week ago. I am so happy because I know that the location I visited before a few times in the past was on Queen Street downtown. I have been reunited with my Vietnamese Iced Coffee Gelato today!!! ? I hope to try Earl Grey and their Oat Milk drinks (for all the non-dairy people out there!) next time. Contactless payment via touch screen on a kiosk inside store (there are two). Customer service was very good, prompt and courteous with a smile. Will visit again for sure.

Much like the Queen st location except smaller and also you order off the pad they provide. Self service in a way and then proceed to wait outside until they bring your order out. I don't think they really called out my or anyone's name at times though (visit was during the evening ) and you had to watch out for your order instead. The quality remains the same as their main shop.

I’m disappointed, but will try it again another time and perhaps upgrade my review. I ordered the mango and the rosewater pistachio gelatos. The mango was fine, but there was something off about the rosewater pistachio. I’ve tried this flavour at their Queen St location, and I remember tasting the lovely and subtle, yet distinctive rosewater flavour. However, when I tried it today at this North York location, all I could taste was coffee. My friend ordered the same and she agreed. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to taste or if it somehow got mixed with the Vietnamese coffee. Either way, the taste was not the same as what I remembered and quite underwhelming. I paid $16 for 3 scoops, so I kind of expected better.
