★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic pricing, service, and selection. Great staff are always helpful. I was able to get into affordable windsurfing at their gear swaps. Then I got great deals on kites, SUP board and paddle, and even got some bike stuff over the years. Recently I purchased a hydrofoil which was much cheaper than anywhere else. Before buying online, check Silent Sports and save yourself the shipping charges! It's also a great place to meet enthusiasts, get tips, and swap stories. Hopefully swaps are back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve known this place for quite some time now. They’ve always been friendly, great at giving informed advice, and reliable with repairs when my bikes have needed it. Only recently I started to move towards water sports and since they’ve got a whole section for that I went in looking for some gloves and boots to use for kiting and surfing in cold water.
Teri was super helpful and took the time to answer my questions about cold water, surfing, and kiting. Made sure I got the right equipment so I can keep up the lessons without my hands and feet going hypothermic. I also left knowing a good amount more of what to look out for in the sports and what gear to be looking at down the road.
Consistently positive experiences like this is why I’m a fan of this store. It’s certainly not something you see all too often at other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was amazing - Eric assisted me and replaced the seat that I'd had stolen awhile back, while answering my questions while I'd watched. I got lucky with the timing going in when the shop was not busy, so all of the upgrades took maybe an hour (seat, chain, gears, lights, helmet). Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Eric!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had tuneups, repairs, and installation of new parts done on multiple occasion with the bike mechanics here. No hassle, no upselling, and most importantly no BS. They don’t cut corners and will never try and convince you to get more work done than what is necessary. On top of that, the service charges are very reasonable for a GTA bike shop (their tuneup is only $90 while other places charge $150+ for identical services). These guys are fantastic and typically have very quick turnarounds. They are my go to bike shop and I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue since we had been dealing with Silent Sports for years. They helped us to start windsurfing and SUPing on the best possible gear and we've never looked back. Years later we know all of them by name and going to the store is like visiting good friends. They usually have anything you need for your wing, kite, SUP or windsurfer in stock and if not - they will go out of their way to get it for you. And recently we have switched our bikes' service here as well and couldn't be happier. This is a family owned business and feels as such and nowhere else are we happier to spend our money. We'd love to thank all and each of them by name and hope Bruce or Simon will do it for us. Thank you for being there and see you soon!

Staff is always super friendly and helpful and explain things in detail about how and what equipment or clothing they use in certain conditions. I'm never disappointed by their customer service and they have a wide variety of products for cyclists. I haven't checked out their other goods but there are other sporting goods too. My favourite shop for cycling needs by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a (Pivot 429 Trail) sight unseen from Silent Sports today, this is my first transaction at this bike shop. My experience has been second to none. Kai whom I have not met yet has been excellent in his communication about the bikes anticipated arrival during these uncertain times post C19. The crew had the bike assembled within a day upon arrival following up with an email as soon as it was ready for pickup. I had an AXS wireless shifter installed on Kai’s advice and it looks and sounds quite snazzy I must say. A young gentlemen by the name of Mark also one of the tech’s there was waiting for me, I was very impressed with his knowledge on the various components, he took extra care in ensuring all adjustments were to my liking prior to the bike leaving the store. Happy trails Silent Sport, keep up the good work ? ??♂️ ??? ?
