β β β β β Had my brand new bike tuned here. Fair prices, bike was ready to pick up within the time frame they said it would be.
Incredibly friendly and offer to help even after I left the store. Great service, would come back if I have any bike problems.

β β β β β We bought a electric longboard from here which was defective so returned it and they did not have the same item so bought a more expensive one which was also defective, the bird would just brake on itβs on and caused an accident and my son had lots of scraps and bruises, when we contacted cycle active they said they would contact the manufacturer in china as we could also not download the app for it, the manufacturer said there was a delay between the remote and board which caused it, this is quite dangerous and a hazard and not normal, my son has had a electric long board before and this has not been an issue before, anyways we returned the board and they deducted 10% for a restocking fee which is ridiculous as the board was returned due to it being defective but cycle active did not care and said they could do nothing, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company; I would advise eveyone to throughly check an item before purchasing from this company as if you need to return it for being defective you will be charged a restocking fee

β β β β β When Cycle Active just opened the store, they changed my vBike (eBike) break pads in timely manner, and they gave me realistic advice --- to contact vBike to change my broken bike throttle since it is still within 1 years of purchase, with warranty.
Unfortunately, vBike still would like to charge me for broken throttle and electronic error problem.
Because of the efficient service, I took my GIANT road bike to get it toned in the same day !
Friendly and efficient service is amazing ?
I am glad that this store exists and I would go again ?

β β β β β Was having a brake problem with my escooter. They would be tight when I leave the house and loosen as i ride. This was a big safety issue so i took my escooter to cycle active. The guy who works there Morteza is super cool and very friendly. I expected the repair to take a couple days but it took only one day which was awesome. He fixed a couple extra things like my tiller which was slightly loose and the folding latch that locks my scooter was also loose which he didnβt even charge me for. Overall the price was very affordable and reasonable. You can see that he cares and takes pride in fixing peopleβs escooters and ebikes. So happy this store opened because before the only escooter/ebike repair placed were located mid town and downtown. Would hate to travel all the way there and back to get my escooter fixed. Iβve ridden my scooter to work a couple times after the fix and the brakes work wonderfully and now since the tiller isnβt loose the ride feels a lot smoother. Thank you so much Morteza. I will be back for any other issues (hoping not anytime soon) and will be telling my family and friends about your business in a good way!

β β β β β Great place for bicycle repair. Had to quickly fix brakes on my sonβs bike, plus tune it up, so he could continue with his camp (back in July). I am happy I found it in our neighborhood.
The service and prices were great, and all the options were explained. Everything was done very quickly. My sonβs bike looks and feels solid after the tune up. The breaks work great.
Took my bike for a tune up after that. Quite happy with the work done on it.
Will definitely come here again for all my bike needs.

This is my second year receiving bike services from them, and I am happy every second about this decision. Very friendly and professional at the same time.
