★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience in purchasing you can imagine! I tried to exchange a short which had bought 13 days ago.
After 10 minutes negotiation meeting between stuff, they decided to refuse my request due to the price tag!!. The size was small and the short was never used. The supervisor approved the short is in brand new condition but she refused just for missing a tag. As per H&M return policy, I should just return/exchange in original shape. I had nice experience in H&M in other countries. But in Canada, .... terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever .bought the item on sale ,and got charged for regular price. since the item was a gift I couldn't bring it back but I have the receipt as proof .The smart manager (Tiffany) said she needs the item to return the the difference and the H & M receipt means nothing to them .so I got charged wrong and there is no way to get my money back. This is what you get instead of sorry . consider this kind of service before you buy something from this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to return an item which was bought in different location, not final sale and I also was told that I can return it. The manager (who did want to disclose her name!!! Seriously?!) was extremely rude and clearly did want to solve an issue, her suggestion was to come back to the store where I bought it (and which is 30 minutes drive away).
I never left any negative reviews in my entire life!! But this attitude is unacceptable for the company like this! Now I left with 3 different coloured shorts when I only needed one! Well done H&M! Both on your policies (that worked different in different locations) and training your staff! Never buying anything from you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s the point of being a loyal customer with an account awards program and can’t honour the birthday discount that they advertise??? I came in to shop for my daughter with the birthday 25% promo that they advertise and the manager is like, because it’s not showing up on the app they can’t scan so therefore I can’t get the discount? It says on my account my birthday. I have my Id. Been shopping here for years what an amazing loyalty program ??! I get defaulted for your computer errors, awesome. Took my big purchase at the gap instead since they are capable honouring their loyalty discounts. Thanks!
