They couldn’t locate it, confirmed with dr. it was sent, and dr. again resent it.
Called Rexall back, still can’t find it, said they’d keep and eye for it, then mentioned I’ve never been there. I have been there many times!!! Little worried, as it’s medication I need today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had 'Googled' my question instead of asking the pharmacist on duty last night.
I get RLS from *some* allergy medication. I asked the pharmacist SPECIFICALLY about the ingredient in the Benadryl (Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride) I was considering buying and the risk of RLS. He told me that it would NOT cause RLS and that it was not the ingredient that I was to avoid.
I had the worst case of RLS I've ever had. I 'Googled' the ingredient in question and sure enough, it's known to cause RLS.
Very dismissive young man and completely negligent.
I'll never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always helpful and friendly but it seems like almost every time I go with a prescription they can't fill it, they are always short of something and ask me to come back in a few days. Looking at the pharmacy shelves they seem half empty and I think they need to up their stock holding. Also twice I've been given the wrong dosage on a prescription item which is just careless and potentially dangerous.
