They fail to give their clients all possible options before processing their hair. My mother came in asking for a buttery blonde colour as she was already quite light and was just looking for an even blonde tone. The stylist (Renee) said that it wouldn't be possible as she wasn't light enough. Then proceeded to show her a picture of a potential end result using a different process, and it came out nothing like the photo. Came in blonde, left brunette. Renee failed to give her the option of fully bleaching her hair because it is cheaper to maintain. They're very manipulative and are looking to suck every last penny out of you. Never mind that, the stylists aren't even skilled.

β β β β β I have been a client for a number of years, the staff is extremely friendly, warm, welcoming and I look forward to going there every week. I have very fine hair but with their expertise you wouldn't know I have very little hair. They are the best.

β β β β β When I go FI Hair, I feel at home and am well cared for and attended too. The entire crew is amazing!! Special shout out to my girl Renee!!! I felt like a million bucks after she coloured, cut and styled my hair today. Definitely check this place out!

Every time I visit, the hair stylists at the salon always amaze me at how they are able to handle my very thick and curly hair with ease. I have serious issues with hair washing and the staff are so incredibly patient and really know how to calm me through it. From the reception to the final cut and blow dry the experience is always remarkable! Kindness, attentive, and professional!!!!!

β β β β β Amazing service and amazing outcome. I came to this salon with damaged hair from a previous Salon hoping that they could help me out which in fact they did. I have to give a shoutout to a specific Stylist named Renee she is the one that saved my hair! If ever going to the Salon id recommend her. I had an overall amazing experience with the Salon but an even greater experience with Renee specifically, so thank you for helping me!
