★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving a one star. The company was very informative and willing to work on our shipping request at the beginning. They replied promptly to my emails and contacted me with full details about shipping and additional costs related with shipping our reptile internationally. Unfortunately as soon as we were ready to confirm the shipping and go ahead with setting up a date for shipment the company stopped replying. I have sent 3 separate emails asking for an update and have heard nothing. I wouldn't mind if we needed to push the shipping date back, but the fact that they have not contacted me in over 2 weeks, despite my efforts to make contact is disappointing. Unfortunately I will have to take my business elsewhere as open communication with a company shipping live reptiles is essential. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't want to have to deal with anything (researching fedex rules, setting up transport, getting supplies, etc.) when shipping my ball python domestically. I emailed Reptile Express with my info, they got back to me right away, I paid my invoice then dropped the snake off in Richmond Hill. Less than 24 hours later he made it to Ottawa safely and looked as happy as a snake can look.
Thank you so much for making this so easy! I really appreciate it.

You don't need to drop off to go anywhere. The driver will come to pickup package.Save you more time. Their company Selling reptiles shipping suppiles is also very complete and professional. They will also arrange the best delivery time and day for you according to the weather every day. Make your reptiles safer and faster to the destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are an individual from foreign countries looking for help to relocate your reptiles to Canada, Reptile Express is DEFINITELY NOT your choice.
Don’t bother to waste your time contacting them.
They had been saying that they have an affiliated agent in Hong Kong but when I asked for referral several times, they were unable to do it for more than six months.
The owner accused of me asking irrelevant questions :
1. British Airways quoted that it may be more than 24 hrs of freight. I was concerned about the safety of the reptiles and as a person with no experience in reptile relocation, can I ask my concerns?
2. Explained to him why I needed well planning ahead, he ignored what I said.
As a Canadian trying to support local businesses, I was very disappointed with Reptile Express. It also seems that the owner treats customers from Hong Kong exceptionally bad.

You can find out the true quality of a company when you need support. I had a shipment that needed urgent attention and Sam and Bree were quick to react and resolve the situation. This is a fantastic company that will have me as a client for a long time!!
