Every member of the team we met was very good at what they do and, given we were doing an international move during a pandemic, made the process as easy as it could possibly be under the circumstances. Would definitely recommend Orbit to people looking at making a major move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orbit International moved my possessions from Toronto, Canada to Plymouth, UK. Even though the move took longer than initially expected I was very happy the service I received. The two men who work for their UK partners and who delivered to my new home were exceptional. They unloaded over 100 items and made sure they were placed in the correct rooms. Thank you James Kelso for keeping me informed of the progress of the shipment, it made a very stressful time a little less stressful!

They answered ALL questions quickly - clarifying the process and helping us plan it out in advance . The team sent by Orbit to pack up our house - Jeff, Abraham and Jonathan - were amazing!! They were friendly, accommodating (even as we added in last minute things), organized, professional and very thorough. It was a pleasure working with them - and they made the whole packing process smooth and comfortable.
In general - working with Orbit certainly took much of the stess and fear out of our moving process.

Not a single item damaged or lost.
Orbit made things as stress free as an international move can be.They are really good at what they do.
My container and smaller consignment arrived in good order without too much delay in spite of challenging delivery situations in UK.
All of the staff were professional and kind .

Also the partner companies they use across borders are a great representation of Orbit's service. We highly recommend using Orbit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good on the Toronto end, horrible on the Denmark end.
The men who came to pick up my stuff were kind and professional. The administration end in Toronto was not well informed on the processes once my things were in the EU. Their information was not accurate and caused major miscommunication with the agency they partner with in Copenhagen.
The Danish partner was a total nightmare. The person I had to deal with was unprofessional, rude, aggressive and had no respect for service delivery. My things were almost a month late, and then basically held hostage by their partner company who was using intimidation and manipulation to try and squeeze additional charges to me. They created problems where there actually wasn't any, and blamed me as opposed to taking responsibility for their lack of ability to do their job. Only after I informed them I was going to the Port Authorities and willing to take legal action did my stuff suddenly get delivered out of the blue. Literally couldn't get them to reply to an email in less than a week, and then I get a call with no notice that my items would be delivered in a half hour.
I don't understand why Orbit works with these people. It completely ruined my experience with them and I cannot recommend them because of the incompetent and hostile partners they work with in Denmark. So if you have to move to Denmark, choose someone else.

Seven years ago they moved us seamlessly from Europe to Canada so when it came time to move back to Europe, we knew there was only moving company we would use. Once again, Orbit exceeded our expectations - they were professional, responsive and most importantly really know what they are doing - they made sure we had all of the correct customs documents and were always quick to reply with any question we had. I can highly recommend!

The staff who took care of packaging our stuff was very kind, cooperative and clean and they packaged everything very carefully. Goods duly arrived in Italy without any problems and any damages.
