★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Service through email offer....no response 6 days now....emailed again through web site 3 days later no answer....e mailed 1 more time 1 day later no response. They advertised winter storage deal on web site and Facebook, looking for business?
Was considering buying Trike in spring, figured storing bike there, get Service done, but I'll just pass on this Dealership for good, just a continuation of Harleys dealerships poor service! Finally all resolved, Dawn the service Manger explained, and had my bike picked up and apologized for everything. April 2022, got bike back from storage...wow, all work done, and cleaned to perfection, great job Mississauga Harley!!@

Armando and Paul are very knowledgeable and friendly sales reps.
I would highly recommend Armando, Paul and the rest of the staff at the Mississauga HD store. Definitely check them out if you are in the market for a Harley or would like to get your existing Harley serviced/stored/customized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my bike in for service ($115/HR labour), purchased a set of keys, an extra alarm fob, and some knick knacks for my bike. Everyone is pleasant. Expect to pay a bit more by Harley specialists. Brake flush, Transmission flush, Lubricated throttle and clutch cables, and Clutch Adjustment came to $328 after tax. From the purchase to the customization from their parts department and service they are second to none. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried multiple dealers over months for pricing Stage 1& 2 as it was my Christmas gift; this dealer gave me better price. Dawn and team ordered everything before Christmas, first week of January my bike was all ready with Stage1& 2 and a quite a few warranty fixes.
Bike picked up and delivered to my house as agreed on time.
Was very happy with overall experience! Will recommend to my friends

Purchased a new 21 Softail Standard from Becky Last year, she was great in all the ways a sales person should be...Highly recommended!
Since then I have had a number of upgrade / custom options ordered and performed by the parts and service department all completely satisfied me...above my expectations! All the folks in every department is top notch!
They are a busy shop, have a bit of patience but expect the best service and advice, that's been by experience. "rubber side down" :)
