Polite, always has a smile for me, and most importantly knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what maintenance is being done to my vehicle, and what may likely require attention down the line. Thanks to him and the crew at Dixie Ford I can drive with confidence knowing that my car is in tip top shape. 5 stars all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my company's 2018 f350 super duty for an oil change, we have Ford fleet care. I knew I was low tire pressure in one of the duallys so I purposely left the warning on the info screen to see if they would top it up( which would have been good customer service). Got a call asking to replace air and cabin filters i said ok . Picked up the truck and this is still here.. ok service if you're looking for the bare minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a tough call between 2 ford dealers but Dixie stole the show for sure. They gave me best price for my car for trade in and even better offer on my new car. We signed documents after showroom hours. Maxi was of great , He convinced his manager to price match for my old car and offered me complimentary accessories I asked for. Overall wonderful experience and satisfied with maxi’s service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an E-450 cube truck and I took it to Dixie Ford for a minor brake job. It had brake issue and the repair cost me almost 4,000. They claim all the brakes are siege. If it needed that much work, it is what it is. Anyways, the brake is all good now, but I like the customer service. I was looking for a guy next door type approach, not the traditional car sales man suit and tie corporate approach, and that is what I got. The guy who took care of me and my wife, I thing his name is Al, He basically told us what had happened to the brake pads in simple language.

I would like to share my experience.... it’s One of the best and a great experience I have ever had. All team members are so friendly and welcoming. Made few vehicles purchases in the past but my experience with 401 Dixie Ford is the best! Keep up the good work guys!
