★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to drive thru and then waited for 20 minutes to get a messed up order. I ordered a spicy habanero chicken burger combo with poutine and a regular coke. Asked for extra gravy and they do charged me for the small gravy. But I received the wrong order and then I went inside the store, they asked me to show the receipt. Which they did not provide me during the cash out. Staff was rude, no any kind of professionalism. The "WORST" experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know if it’s just this location but whenever I go to this one, which isn’t often, I’m disappointed every time. I merely ordered onion rings and they were all burnt up and I had one and threw the rest away just horrible. If they can’t make onion rings properly hate to know what their burgers are like. They used to be a great location but not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store today morning around 9am and ordered two breakfast sandwiches combos. As I was in hurry, I didn't checked the order and left. When I reached my work and checked the food. It was a mess. The food wasn't good, hashbrowns were burnt and coffee was not made properly. The food tasted like hell and was completely the waste of money. This is not the service which I can expect from A&W stores. Seriously you didn't even care about customer's money and time. Never gonna visit this store in my life. The worst experience with this store.
