β β β β β Purchased parts yesterday from this location. I walked in without my mask as I have a medical condition exempts me from doing so. The parts staff were friendly and accommodating to meet customer needs. As I'm standing waiting for my order to be picked a technician approaches his side of the desk on service and locks eyes on me and feels the need to ask why I'm not wearing a mask I said I don't sorry. He the states there are rules here and I replied rules that don't overwrite law. Your staff are not enforcers of the law and make the experience of shopping very uncomfortable. Please read and follow the charter rights and freedoms of Canada as your discrimination to those whom do not deserve it is not warranted

Called them with starting issue with my Pete. Urgent situation. Got a bay and service straight away. Within an hour Iβm out with fixed truck and not painful bill.

β β β β β Donβt bring your truck at this location. Very Poor Service unprofessional mechanic working here . I dropped off my truck 4th time here with same code they took 9 weeks for repair but problem is still same I strongly advise donβt waste your money and time here.

β β β β β I dropped my truck for transmission fault code repair and when I call for update after 24 hours of my appointment they say the truck is not in the shop yet.I can't understand what's the means of appointment then. That mean they are Unresponsible

In service department the service manager mr Fred is a wonderful person with amazing service skills.
Very friendly with staff.
All maintenance staff members are very skilled and professional.
Shop is well organized and clean.
Wonderful working environment.
