We set up an appointment to see a car and test drive it. My husband takes time off work to come. When we get there, the sales guy starts by looking at our trade-in. We explain that we are mainly there to see and drive the car. 25 minuts later we find out that the car isn't on the lot. They say it may be back on the lot in 6weeks! Absolute waste of time.

Don't wast your time, Dixie Mit. is the worst Dealer ever. Rohit is the General Manager of the Dealer who was very kind but gave us a very unfair price on our car as trade in comparing to a couple of other dealers we went that paid 3-4 grand more, they don't even had a 2022 Outlander to test-drive and Bruno the salesman knew that I had test drive the new Nissan Pathfinder as I was undecided between Outlander and Pathfinder so he told me if I liked the Pathfinder I could buy the Outlander with no test drive because according to him they drive exactly the same, well I found the car to test drive at another dealer and them ask them what was their deal, at the end Bruno very unprofessional almost asked me as a liar as he told me that he checked and I did not have the offer that I told him on my car so I gave him the contacts and info so he could ask himself for real because I'm just looking for the best deal and fair people to business with but man I don't need to make things up for that, just go away, I'm very happy that I was able to get know this guys before making any deal.

Amazing experience with Rahul today! I had an inquiry regarding a vehicle on his lot and he let me know details going above and beyond and in addition also provided excellent service towards myself and addressed each question I had in great depth. I highly recommend coming to Rahul at Dixie Mitsubishi!

I have to say that this was by far my best car shopping experience. The salesman Rahul was adept as well as very informative. He even made sure to answer each and every question we had patiently. We will surely be coming to the Dixie Mitsubishi for years to come.

I have recently done a purchase from this dealership. I would highly recommend everyone to go to this location once to experience the service. The team includes Ali and Rahul both are really great when in comes to dealing with their client and helping them select their car. It was a complete waste of time and deal. I gave it two stars. One for the excellent service by the receptionist. And one to the salesperson, for being polite and trying all he could for our purchase to happen, but it failed without his fault (as per my observation, details below) Issues that I faced: 1. There was a promotion going on from Mitsubishi itself, about which this sales team was lacking knowledge on terms and condition. And by sales team, I mean even the managers. #Mitsubishi_Canada really should train their sales manager on promos, so they can pass it down to customer facing team. So: if you're looking to find a good deal, better try another Mitsubishi dealership 2. Managers were too busy to talk to customer (us). Our salesperson was fairly new in dealership and he did a fine job at his capacity. At times, to answer our questions, he had to go back to his manager and would take forever to get back to us, because managers are too busy (and again, answers with misleading or incomplete information) So: if you're too busy of a dealership, it's time to expand your team and this time maybe train them as well 3. We strongly felt the Shadiness with the trade-in value they gave us and moreover the terms of the trade-in value. Oh well, this is long story to type, but can elaborate if and when needed. So: if you are looking to do a trade-in, make so you clearly understand the unspoken fine lines or otherwise trade-in value can go up or DOWN, when time comes.

Amazing service , special shout out to my service manager Mark Javat… headed to Quebec today and noticed my back light had issues , just gave him a call to see if he can help and he was able to be of service and help do a quick fix in 10 min! Thank you very much!!! Having great car servicing is definitely worth considering when buying a car and you certainly have always up the bar !
