★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum back in July. During the process of my purchase I was informed that my first service appointment will be free. I confirmed this with the sales rep a few times. Even on the day of vehicle pickup my wife and daughter confirmed with the sales rep that the service will be provided for free, to which we were told it will be and the sales rep even booked the appointment for us. On the day of my first service appointment both the sales rep and the financial manager backed out of this agreement. The sales rep informed me that when the vehicle was purchased he was fairly new to the job and gave us misinformation. Which that is okay and understandable because at one point or another we all are new to a job so mistakes can happen. However, what is not okay for me is that the night before the service appointment, I once again got in contact with my sales rep to confirm the free service appointment and I was given false assurance. The sales rep had the chance to fix the mistake and he did not. Overall my experience was not a pleasant one which is why I have decided I will no longer be doing business with Dixie 401 Nissan. I have worked with Bolton Nissan before, they are great and going forward I will be taking my business back to them. As for the service appointment itself, Veronica was great - she was super nice and extremely apologetic for the service not being free even though she had no fault in this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing buying experience dealing with Ash, easily one of the best sales reps I have ever had dealings with. For the record I have nothing to do with this Nissan company, I just wanted to make sure Ash gets the recognition he deserves, Ash wasn’t pushy, was extremely informative and was always looking out for our best interest. I highly recommend this dealership and I recommend going in to see Ash!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I have to thank my salesman James Li, his customer service was above my expectations! He was kind and very interested . He did everything right, was never pushy just took time to make I could make the best buying decision.
The business manager took great care to secure the financing and the promises made were kept.
Todays car shopping atmosphere is awful, other dealerships simply did not care if they got a sale or not. They had no interest in making sure I was seen and heard. I am grateful I happened on this dealership and met James, it was an over the top great experience. Thank you !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I got my Nissan Sentra 2022 delivered from this showroom. I would like to thank my sales rep Rikesh who was very much supportive and helped me above and beyond to complete this deal. He had given me the timeline of 8 weeks in delivering this vehicle and as per the promise I got this without any delay. I was never pushed to choose one when I visited this showroom, Rikesh allowed me time to choose what I was interested in. He patiently listened to all my queries and precisely explained all my doubts. He explained the car's features in detail and made sure he passed me even the minute details about the car. Additionally, I would also like to thank Rahul who has helped me with the finances, and all other queries related to lease agreement and other insurance processes.
This was my first car purchase experience in Canada, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process with advice from Rikesh and Rahul. They both provided precise updates about my car whenever I called them directly. Both were always reachable on the phone and they never hesitated to respond to me back if they missed my calls.
All in all it was a very pleasant and smooth experience buying my first car in Canada and big thanks to Rikesh and Rahul for their awesome work!

I admire the ease of the online booking. The car inspection and sanitation was good. The in-person handing over of the vehicle after the service was done was outstanding. Thank you! ?

Just before storing my 2011 Nissan 370z for the winter it would not start, the issue is the common and know issue with the Electric Steering Column Lock (ESCL) unit that has plague many Nissan's from 2009 to 2011.
The team at 401 Dixie Nissan (Waqas, Mary & Veronica) looked after the issue in a very professional manner along with David, Executive Team Lead from the Customer Contact Centre at Nissan Canada.
I could not be happier with how I was treated and looked after by the team at both Nissan dealership & Nissan Canada !!
One happy and very loyal Nissan Z customer !

I almost got in touch with most Nissan dealers around this area and this showroom is best I feel in terms of competitive pricing when it comes to lease or financing.
