401 Dixie VW so far has been my biggest disappointment and regret till date. I booked my Jetta with them in Jan, which I was promised to be delivered by the end of Feb but instead of giving me update on my car, I was forced to call them every week asking about the ETA of my order. I mean they have absolutely no regard to customer's time. Nobody bothers to inform the customer about order once you pay advance and book the car.
Not only they didn't deliver me what they had vouched for in the beginning, their sales head Chris Smith made false promise every week to give me car only to break it the following week. Chris Smith is the reason why I don't trust any sales person now.
Long story short - Till April, I was not even given the VIN of my car let alone the car itself. Had to cancel my order in the end and get the refund. Wasted good 2.5 months of life listening to their excuses and cunning ways to exploit their customers. If you want my advice, go anywhere for your car but 401 Dixie VW.
