★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased our second set of winter tires from Tires 23. This time we also needed rims and tire pressure sensors. Their quote was by far the best and their staff are exceptional. We were in and out so fast. Last night we got the lugs retorked, as you should do after having your tires off. There was no wait and we were on our way. The showroom is spectacular and there is a nice seating area. I highly recommend! Thanks guys!?

Communication from quotations to tire installation was seamlessly easy. On the day of installation, they're team was efficient. Was expecting a long wait with 8 others in the waiting area but I was in and out within 40mins! Strongly recommended them to family and friends in the west side of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tire 23-Markham location is the ideal place to go for purchase of new tires and repair of tires. Excellent customer service. Sales representative, Benny Lau is extremely helpful and knows his subject. He never imposed upon customer a particular brand but provides various options with pros and cons and lets customer to decide. His price is one price, no negotiation but usually the best price in the market. I highly recommend this place for tire purchase and tire repair work.

The quotes were up front, organized and detailed; the items were in stock and able to be installed almost immediately and the facility is top-notch. Plus, the wheels look amazing. My Audi Rs3 fell into a huge pothole on south bound of hurontario st Monday night with snow covered all up. The front and rear passenger side tires were cracked immediately and I was lucky enough to to get home within a short distance.
I gave Billy a call right away. He quickly responded to all my questions and concerns. Gave me some great advice on what to do in this situation. It was a great lesson I learned as I have never blown two tires at the same time.
The next day Billy manage to get my new snow tires in as soon as possible. The tires were on the car and alignment was done at the next day. I was back on the road in no time.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tire23 and Billy for anyone who’s looking for great services in tires, wheels, small repairs and etc. Once again thank you Tire23 for the excellent services!

The staff is friendly and professional, the store is clean, and the waiting area is spacious and comfortable. On the rare occasion that I have shopped around... The Tires 23 team seem to meet or beat everyone else's prices. In addition, the staff are very knowledgeable and don't hesitate to understand what your needs are and recommend a variety of options at different budgets. I highly recommend this store.
