★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely garbage center! I gave my new Buick enclave 2016 for repair after an accident happened as someone hit my from back. I got my car back with scratches on my windshield at the driver's side and no cleaning done from inside the car. I complained this to the collision center manager and he denied that this was not happened at his body shop and this must be before the accident and the windshield has to be replaced. I did clarify to him that the scratches on the windshield were not there before the accident and this must have been damaged in your body shop but he refused to accept his mistake. I then complained to the dealership and then GM Customer service, after 4 weeks of long debate and calls, guess what happened, the dealership offered me to split the cost of windshield which cost $900. Why would I pay half of the price whereas it is not my mistake? I simply refused! I highly recommend to please avoid this collision center as once you give your car for repairs, they will return you with new repairs to be done on your car!! I was planning to buy Cadillac CTS for my wife before the accident but because of their poor body shop, horrible customer service, and unethical behavior from the collision center, now I will buy other vehicle!
