She walked us through our many options for a new car and even walked us back through them when we had a difficult time deciding. We were allowed to test drive many models to really find the one that was best fit for us. We felt that the honesty we received from both Tianna and Amit throughout our experience was outstanding. Additionally, the team worked extremely hard in locating our vehicle of choice in the colour we wanted. They truly went above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t often post reviews but when I get this good of a service, I believe it must be spoken for. I had a great experience at the 401-Dixie Kia dealership. Everyone, no exception, that I spoke with was beyond nice! Whether it be about the new vehicle I was getting or the old one I was leaving there or just even to have a nice enjoyable conversation with.
Now a few words about Miss Tianna Leclair, who was the salesperson my wife and I dealt with: she was just amazing: a wonderful person and a kind soul! Our entire experience with Tianna was outstanding: on top of being so nice, she took the time to get to know us, our needs and expectations, and she made sure to answer each of them, as well as our questions and/or concerns, in the most personalized and professional way. She’s been working there for awhile and knows the organization well, growing the echelons up until where she is now and you can feel and see that she loves it!!
Also, even the management team were great. After a little confusion due to a little misunderstanding, they just took care of everything without a sweat or any pressure on us!! I had Kia vehicles before and always felt a high standard in customer service but I DEFINITELY recommend this particular dealership as I felt they even raised the bar higher!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get information about buying a new car and to get the trade in value for my existing car. Got a low ball offer, was presented with leasing options despite telling the salesperson I wanted to finance, and was told that if I wanted pricing for various terms and options I should go on the Kia website and do it myself. I test drove an older model currently being used by one of the managers. The car was dirty and I wasn’t allowed to take the car on the highway without leaving my credit card behind (never heard this one before). They also told me they would reassess the value of the trade in at the time the car was available to drive, which seems sneaky and other dealerships don’t do this. In short, I had an awful experience, felt pressured to buy a car that same day and would absolutely not return or recommend anyone purchase a new car here. There are other Kia dealerships in the GTA and you will almost always get better service elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my 2021 Kia Sorento sx. I had done a ton of research on this one and decided this was right for me. Tianna was awesome making sure I was completely happy with the decision and went above and beyond to get me in the suv as quick as possible. During these unpredictable times with vehicle delays I was quite surprised to receive mine as quick as I did. Amit made the financial details and clear as possible and took his time to clarify any questions I had. I also made sure to make connections in the service area and Leslie ensured me that if I had any issues with the vehicle that they would take care things ASAP and not to worry about it. That’s what they are here for ! I’ll have to update in a few months after I’ve had to chance to really drive it for a while. Thanks Dixie 401 Kia team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing dealership and not over priced. I moved 25 minutes away and still Continue to take my car to 401 Dixie Kia. The dealership by me is absolutely horrible and tried to overcharge me for an oil change. I commend them for doing great work, and in a timely manner and for a fair price.

The staff at Kia Dixie have been extremely accommodating to her, helping her whenever her vehicle needs to be fixed. The staff at Kia has made the difference especially since dealerships get a very bad reputation but these people are 100% honest and won’t try to swindle you, she said they genuinely care about her and her vehicle.
They have gained a life long customer!

Especially after having a horrible experience dealing with another dealership, Michael and Banan and all the staff of 401 Dixie Kia were a breath of fresh air!
