Had the pleasure of working with Peter & Umar on securing a 2017 Q60 Redsport. I was a 3.7 owner for a year, felt it was time for an upgrade and contacted Infiniti to see what they had in stock. From that point forward, I was already ready to sign and come pick up the car. The amount of hospitality & kindness displayed from both of these gentleman was astounding and refreshing. No pressure, nothing but assistance, they know what their platforms have to offer & they’ll do their best to get you there financially. I don’t usually take time to write personal reviews, but if you ever think about getting a CPO or new Infiniti, I could not recommend Peter Romani enough, absolute stud to work with.

I had a warning symbol come in my dashboard. When I took the car to the dealership, I was told that the fix is to do software upgrade but I have to pay for it. I was not happy with the solution as it meant there is nothing wrong with the car but to get rid of the warning, I need to pay for it. It didn't make sense to me as if software upgrade is required, then it should have been covered by Infiniti. I was told my car is just outside the free coverage period for software upgrade. Happy or not, I had to get rid of the warning from dashboard, so I paid for the diagnostic and software upgrade. About a week later, dealership contacted me and said that because of my displeasure they had contacted Infiniti Canada and were able to make a one time exception for me. They refunded me the charges for diagnostic and software upgrade. I am very happy with their follow up and it shows that they do care about their customer's satisfaction.

I’ve been looking for a QX60 for a few months, finally i did request support from the online team, to have more details on few cars available at the Dixie 401 location. The online team put me in touch with Sylvia, sales rep, after showing me some options, pulling the car in front, where I have enough space to walk around and see the car, she did that few times until i decided to go with the 3 options available, different colour. Finally decided to purchase the car and Matt from finance offered the platinum coverage, which extends the car warranty until 160k or 7 years. I have a 2019 used car, in mint condition, with full warranty, its like driving a brand new car with the same warranty a new car can have, with final cost of the car way lower than a new one. Sylvia also supported to have the chrome running board installed, which makes it look even better. Sylvia, was always, available, by email or text message, went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered. The day of delivery Sylvia walked me to the car and showed all the options, features on the car. I dont know what else i can say, this place was amazing in service, Sylvia also offered coffee while i was signing the final papers, and the little extra gift on the front seat, infiniti pen/kit. Sylvia, thank you very much, Matt also because of offering the certified preowned option, peace of mind which is worth it. And the online team, that took my questions and referred me to Sylvia on the first day and follow up to make sure i had all the information i needed. Way to go 401Dixie team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just picked up my new Q50 from 401 Dixie Infiniti and I wanted to take the time and thank Sylvia Golec for her amazing efforts. She went above and beyond every step of the way and I'm extremely pleased with her service! Answered all the questions that I had, and truly made this a simple, seamless and stress free process from start to finish. This is really how the car buying experience needs to be. This is an excellent dealership that i would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again to the whole team!!

Thank you so much Aysenur for helping me to secure this beauty!!! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and she really made the experience smooth. When I first walked into the dealership to look at this 2018 Q50 Luxe, it was in the process of being bought by someone else and I was a pretty sad however, Aysenur took down my number in case it was not actually sold. A couple days later she messaged me saying the car was in fact not being sold and I rushed over to her and she hooked me up!! She even went as far to answer my questions when she wasn't even at work while we were in the process of discussing financing, down payments etc. If anyone was wondering, this car was my first choice between the Acura TLX or Subaru WRX. Not Gonna lie, as a 26 year old, the WRX was very appealing as well but this car just looks so much more baller, better priced and less mileage (34k) compared to other vehicles I was looking at so I was really wanting it.. I’ve bought quite a few cars over the years. Never have I and my family ever been put at risk by the callousness of this dealership and their mechanics, whomsoever decided it was okay to put tires with barely any tread. Not even to pick up friends or go get winter tires or dinner that night. Didn’t have time to click pictures because within 3 HOURS of having picked up the car the car lost traction and slid into snow that very day. I’ve driven RWD manual V8 sports cars and never had a problem, in the winter! Thanks for the trauma and the mental hassle of fighting with their recommended body shop just to get my car back. Was referred here by a friend and informed them of the same. Neither me, nor their friends and family are ever coming back to this dealership. Going by your scripted copy-paste responses I doubt any personnel care about customer safety and satisfaction. Let’s see what Infiniti Canada has to say about this for this CPO CAR.
