I am loving my new (to me) Santa Fe because it fits my active outdoorsy lifestyle. Genn went above and beyond every step of the way, and when I picked the car up he had added this sexy leopard print steering wheel cover for FREE because I had mentioned to him that I LOVE leopard print and he said it looked good on me. Thanks Genn and 401 dixie team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at 401 Dixie Hyundai is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Every single department - from sales, service, finance and management. We purchased 3 vehicles from this location and I don’t live anywhere near the area but I will drive the distance. They are all friendly, professional, caring and they never, ever made me feel pressured into purchasing anything. They explained everything in detail and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I walked out the door. I just picked up my new 2022 Tucson and couldn’t be happier! The atmosphere in there is incredible too - you almost just want to stay, have a coffee and hang out for a while!
Kudos to a FANTASTIC group of people who I now consider family!!! Thank you for being so amazing!!! You will NOT be disappointed with the staff and service!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife just finished service at Dixie Hyundai. As you can see invoice in photo attached. As they said check battery condition and terminals. I looked at it after serviced vehicles. Technician didn’t even touch the battery at all. I cannot see any mark of socket or any other mark that shows they they check battery. Even in their multipoint inspection they didn’t fill up. No CCA or any thing. In winter time I had issues with battery. They didn’t even clean the battery. I prefer that when these guys finished service any customer should open their hood in their parking lot and make sure service advisor check and make sure 100% right.

I would not be out of line in stating that this dealership has the best in person service there is.
Getting a hold of them on the telephone, different story all together. It's incredibly difficult, given my experience.
