SELECT TRUCKS customer service is First Class with Debbie Gagne group. We got answers to all our questions and requirements through Johnny Shum and Jeff Chrusciel . SELECT TRUCKS warranty is helpful and real when you need it, we had an incredible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Had to replace front brakes 2 days after purchase. They did everything to avoid covering cost.So far changed clutch, some work on gearbox(under warranty). Starter replaced on my own expense. So far 16 out of first 60 days from purchase truck has been sitting in a shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for buying used trucks and specifically Freightliner trucks! They have a great team working there ( Tiffany, Debbie, Jeff...)that is always available and ready to help you! I have also always bought the top extended warranty that they offered and this came in very handy recently!
The warranty department is great and really came through when I needed it recently with a more serious breakdown that was fully covered! For a full engine repair to be fully covered with no deductible speaks volumes of the program that they offer and their direct Freightliner warranty !
