★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was speaking to someone through email and he failed to inform me I couldn't get the product after 4pm. Wish I had been informed and not wasted driving an hour to the location to be turned away.

There's places that have decent products and awful customer service. This is one of them! There's also places with great products AND amazing customer service. Find those ! This was a waste of time. Simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product is fine, but watch out for shipping charges.
I made an order and found out that they cheated me on the shipping. I requested next day shipping because I had a deadline to meet and regular ground wouldn't get here in time. They said it was going out with next day shipping and charged me for next day shipping. However, I got the package 3 days later (The same time as a regular delivery). When I looked up the tracking number, I verified that it was sent by regular delivery.
When I called them to get a refund on the difference in shipping, they threw the delivery company under the bus and said they couldn't help me. They said that the extra I paid was for a guaranteed delivery for regular delivery. Given that the Purolator delivery person said that it was an 8pm parcel, there is no 'guaranteed' delivery for 8pm ground shipping. That is on 9am and 1030am ground delivery and Express (AKA Next Day) delivery. The Express delivery is even cheaper than what I paid for "guaranteed 8pm".
So the product didn't get here in time and I'm out the additional cost of the shipping which I can only assume Wilrep pocketed. The closest thing I got to an apology was that Chris Makula learned a lesson using Purolator and would never use them again. Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and easy, most definitely painless for sure. Materials are not that expensive either, compare to other regular products. My condo only allows specific underlay but I'm actually glad to work/purchase from acoustiguard. Getting to the location wasn't bad either, and very friendly staffs.

Spoke to Chris, and he was extremely helpful, seemed very interested in giving me the right advice, and dispelled any misinformation I heard about soundproofing. Great experience.
