Why can she answer customer service callsοΌSuch companies have such employees. You can imagine what kind of company it is

β β β β β Delivered my package to wrong address and refused to pick it up and send to correct address . Customer service is useless - cannot resolve any issue they just stopped communicating. I canβt believe a company with drivers out all day long cannot pick up a package and reroute it.

β β β β β The person working in dispatch Waseem Ansari is very rude, impolite and disrespectful. He talks like he owns the company. He treats drivers like second class citizens, on true note he doesnβt deserve the position he is on as the way he handles customers. I hope they hire someone who align with their company polices.

We are trying to reach the delivery dispatcher for a week without success, not even a single call back or email replied with information about our shipment and delivery ETA. Currently waiting for a response to be able to collect my shipment in person from their warehouse.
