★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find a different carrier. Claimed delivery attempt midday on a Tuesday to a business with >40 people present, reported "Nobody in the building". Several other delivery companies succeeded during the window claimed, but we are being charged $120USD to "re"-deliver. Hard not to pay when they're holding $25k in equipment hostage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fedex frieght is worst please to work for if you like to be a dog come here and work for fedex freight i wont say anything about other fedex but fedex freight is one of the worst please to work for if your truck driver dont ever think about fedex freight caz you wont survive here 2 week. And dispatch here is crazy cathy always do favor for owner operator when it comes to driver she will find you worst load in the fedex.and if you ever have to leave early or take a day of caz its your life you can take day off whenever you feel like it but these guys will not let you caz now they think we own these people. So for me its worst please going to quit soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in a condominium and had 2 large picture frames from this FedEx location delivered to me today. When the delivery driver arrived, I was at work but my partner was home. As she recently had surgery, she explained to the driver that there was an IV injected into her arm and couldn't carry heavy objects, so she kindly asked the driver to bring the parcels up to the unit (a 20-30 second elevator ride). He refused. He then proceeded to say that if he brings the parcels to the unit, there would be an additional charge. Quite the customer service orientated "gentleman" he was. After this experience, this will likely be my last time shipping with FedEx yet alone this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver was rude to staff and demanded that someone help him off load the truck. After talking to the CSR they wanted more money to make a second attempt just another way to collect more money during COVID. Webster the driver or the CSR FedEx failed to deliver my package and had the excuses on why they couldn't. Look backmon my delivered for the past few years and never an issue. This is the new COVID protocol. Sad!!
