They don't answer my phone calls I tried to reach them from different phone numbers then they answer, but when they know who is calling as I have to ask for my cheque she hanged up. This happened many times. Please don't work with this company. Totally unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have recently moved a load for us to Edmonton, they have give us on time delivery along with regular updates. Not sure about the negative reviews. Will definitely re-consider working with eagle Heights .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These ladies were the absolute worst to deal with, we lent them our trailer on Aug 28, the trailer was to be returned to Calgary by Sept 3 unfortunately we did not get our trailer back until Sept 19, 2019. They had told me it was in SK when it was actually in QC, they told me multiple times we would have it back tomorrow. Finally i had to tell them to leave it where it was and i would send my driver to grab it as they were being extremely dishonest, thank god we had a tracking device on it. Then we go to get the trailer and the tire was flat. Absolute worst company to work with, would recommend to NEVER WORK WITH THESE GUYS. If i could rate them a -10 i would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To bad I had to give them a star. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in 35 years in the transportation industry.. They promised us over a month ago that they would pick up our trailer and return it to Vancouver and we have not had the truth from them one time. Today they have no idea where the trailer is. On 3 phone calls to a Satinder at1:30 PST today, as soon as I mentioned my name and company she hung up on me all 3 times, I even asked on the last 2 phone calls to please not hang up, but she did anyway. I find the behavior rude and very unprofessional. My recommendation, stay as far away from this company as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All five star reviews are fake, you will not get paid if you done load for them. It's been more than 6 months I haven't got my money and have reported them to credit bureau. Be aware from them. Don't do load for them even if you have nothing to do because at least you are saving fuel, driver pay and risk involve.
