J	Jennifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time trying out Xtreme Escape literally a year after my first visit. I’ve participated in 3 rooms here. I’ll start with the PROS: Staff is friendly. Location is great. Rooms decor and puzzles are creative. In my opinion, these are my CONS: I’ve done 2 rooms advertised for 6 people when it is truly a 2-4 people room. If all 6 people are not engaged, you’re going to get disappointed ppl. I did the KGB room which was sooooo small. We were actually bumping into each other constantly. Amnesia was a great room size for 6 people and could actually engage 6 ppl. The Antidote room is NOT for 6 people. The size of the room is not the problem, it’s more the engagement. This room and it’s puzzles will not keep 5 or 6 people engaged. 2 of my friends couldn’t even help with the last 2 puzzles because of the size of the final room and there was 1 puzzle that how many bodies could actually stand there to help..... so, would I recommend this place to someone, ya sure... get a groupon and 2-4 people and go for it! You’ll have a great time. I would not suggest most of their rooms to 5+ people unless it’s the 2 floor room. The other rooms are too small trust me (I’m an experienced escape room participant). Finally, I don’t know what was wrong with the night I attended but the staff was short. At one point we waited 4 minutes for someone to give us a clue because they were occupied with other rooms. And... the clue they gave us actually led us in the wrong direction and when we asked for them to repeat the clue it was completely different the 2nd time. That was pretty upsetting.

But the attendee was very nice and helpful, the puzzles were just challenging enough and very intense. Had a ton of fun and we were soooooo close to getting out! I wanted to do another one right away

I did the Intravenous room with my wife, and it honestly wasnt that bad at all. sure its not a super high production value or anthing (but its got decent props, nor dollarama stuff), but its also cheaper than most escape games. The guy at the front (john) and the lady game master are very nice people. the room was small, but worked. we escaped with 7 minutes left. if yourr looking for a cheaper but still a good puzzle experience, its worth checking out. I will come back to try the KGB room for sure
B	Bhairavi Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was an escape room virgin, this place helped me mastering almost every room. This place has all the easy, medium and hard level rooms to be escaped from. They have always been friendly and very helpful for if you do a last minute booking as well. It's definitely one of the best escape rooms that I have been at. Can't wait for the new room to be unlocked! ?
K	Kelly Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the Amnesia room along with 5 of my friends. Found it to be a fun experience overall and the front desk lady was very friendly and made sure we had a fun time. I would recommend this room for mainly adults as I don't think kids would be able to solve some of the problems but overall, it was a fun experience for someone who usually just likes to sit at home most of the time. Would be coming back again in the near future!
E	Erin Booth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally, the experience was not bad; however, when I spoke to the operator, he assured me that the amnesia room was best for three adults and three children aged 5, 6, and 8. It was not. The kids really could not do much and some of the tasks could not be done by a child at all (and barely an adult). Also, the clues were not consistent; some were tricky and took a bit to figure out, but those clues were clear. Other clues seemed to make no sense because they did not reference anything in the room. I like a challenge, but there needs to be logic to clues. In the end, 6 adults could have done this room, but not children. I should not have been told to book this room, as there were easier rooms available, of which I was not made aware before hand. I overpaid for this room. The room was also cold. I will likely not go to this company again. I am dissatisfied.

We called about 2 weeks ago to set up our team building event and the receptionist carefully went over all the details to ensure that every detail of our reservation was taken care of. When we arrived, the host patiently, explained to my colleagues what to expect. Having finished our escapes, we are looking forward to return back and try their other rooms. The rooms were very exciting with really cool puzzles. A big thank you to our hosts.
