★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went 1 hour before closing. Guy at the gate told me where to go. Eventually went to the customs office, told them I wanted to self clear my cell phone from China and around 10-15 minutes later I was done!
Much cheaper than paying those outrageous brokerage fees from DHL!
I had no problems myself, but maybe if you go during a busy day or time you may not have as good of an experience.

I went to Customs to self clear a package. Saved $50+ in DHL fees.
Steps:
1. Get your Manifest paperwork from DHL. You’ll need your waybill.
2. Print out your Manifest forms and your invoice/receipt showing proof of payment / what you paid (you only need one copy).
3. Go to Customs. Say you want to self-clear.
4. They’ll charge you whatever taxes you owe for the goods. You pay.
^ after all the above, you’re good and you’re out.
Free visitor parking.
I was in and out in probably 10 min.
