β β β β β This place is very ridiculous. I was here and told I couldn't get to talk to anyone regarding an issue with my study and work permit. Moving in from Victoria, BC were I was provided help on my permit by CBSA, I was a bit surprised that I had to ask the security personnel severally to get a credible number I could call. I was told the office does not deal with any immigration issue. Isn't that totally absurd? What an irony! At least there should be an agent to talk to. All the negative reviews are true, I am just disappointed to experience that by myself.

β β β β β Absolutely horrendous service. A classroom of Nursery students would do a better job running this "Government Facility". Flying across the world and back to personally pick things up would be faster than waiting for you to clear basic packages for bullshit reasons

β β β β β Impossible to speak with a person. Voice mail is always full. Can't even leave a message! Poor service. Typical from government. Put your donuts down and answer your phone.

β β β β β "To be honest, they never help anyone." An actual quote from the Canada Postal service. Just hilarious. Totally useless government organization. Our tax money could be used for more useful jobs and education. Disappointing.

β β β β β I called the number posted on Google and the mailbox was full. Government policy is that voicemail must be checked and removed daily. Also, anybody calling should be directed to another line. All very easy to do, but obviously not the case here...

β β β β β All doors are locked and require badge access. There is no way to actually talk to anyone. The office may be open until 7PM but this location is just not open to the public.
