★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says they are open, but when you call the number they are "temporarily closed". The message is long and winded and the person actually tries to tell people to visit the website. Listen to her leave it on the recording just for fun! Oh and then they say it in French. LOL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so I applied for nexus and my appointment was at 315pm and I didnt get to see a officer till 440pm. As a government office u think that cbp and cbsa would have a proper appointment schedule to determine ppl appointment instead of looking off a piece of paper. however other then the timing everything went smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is now Jan 30, 2022 and NEXUS Enrollment office is STILL closed from "Covid". Please open so people can start booking their interviews for NEXUS cards for frequent flights to US. Canada cannot do anything right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is Canadian Nexus Enrollment center still closed? It's been two years. US reopened their enrollment center on Nov 2021, why can't we do the same? I've been conditional approved back in March 2020 and I still can't get a interview done. This is insane.
The booking website offers a virtual interview but can't find any info or link to it, tried to call the center and of course no real person would answer the phone. No timeline when will Canadian enrollment center will open again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is quite generous, in my opinion. There is no valid reason for the enrolment center to remain closed in November of 2021, given that the border between the USA and Canada is now open for non-essential travel. There is no updated information on the complex and difficult to navigate website. The phone numbers provided don't enable access to a "live body", just repeated meaningless messages that provide no salient or usable information. The site offers an option for a "virtual" interview, but I have yet to see anything on how to access same, if in fact it is truly available. Really a waste of time navigating website that is virtually impossible to navigate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the office isn't able to open, then it really shouldn't have any stars. There certainly could be some accommodations made to make things safe for staff by this stage of the game. If nexus interviews were done, then the airport could be faster.
