★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the only major airport in North America that doesn't have water bottle filling stations. If you want to fill a bottle, you have to wait for the dribble out of a fountain, and the water tastes like chlorine.
Also not a fan of the transborder connection process. If you are connecting from a domestic to a US flight, there is no TSA Pre/Global Entry option for getting through security. Connecting from US to domestic there is no option for clearing customs via Nexus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Covid-19, it's always short staffed, chaotic long lines, major delays. Even as everything goes back to normal I don't understand why they refuse to re-hire. Every visit has seen maybe 3 out of the 15 desks open for security and customs. Please spend tax dollars wisely Canada.
