Terminal was the scene of accident tonight when a large trailer lost both rear axels. Emergency crews worked well to clean up the debris and remove the broken trailer. Thankfully I am not aware of anyone being injured in the incident

Worst airport in Canada start to finish. Parking: terrible, always packed, the counters never work, expensive. Haven’t fixed elevators to the terminal in 2 years. Security: terrible, always get my bag searched waiting in line and then again after it’s been xrayed. Why can’t these people communicate. Seriously. Why swab me twice? Also - experienced a security breach and had to wait on the plane for 1 and a half hour before being allow to leave. How does it take 90 minutes to sort an emergency? Waiting area: cramped and old. Hallways are always blocked by people lining up early for their flight. Restaurants: good. Waiting for bags: usually takes 30 minutes, why? Who knows. But it’s always late, don’t be in a rush to go home. Also 50% chance they lost your bag. Wish there was an alternative.

Link is a monorail connecting terminals 1 and 3. Frequent service. Clean trains. Short ride.

I had an international flight land there on May 11. This terminal seems completely unmanaged. The plane, which arrives daily, had to wait for a pedestal for 20 minutes, then everybody had to stay on the plane for an hour due to customs backlog. The airport staff were very rude. All they seemed to care about was people wearing masks, but they were not willing to help anyone without a mask find a mask... they just seemed to snap at everyone they saw. Once you get past the baggage to the exits, the place is like a ghetto. Unclean, busy, and unfriendly. Avoid landing at this terminal if you have a choice.

This place has consistently been a hot mess since I worked here as a kid 20+ years ago. The plague (COVID) has only served to exasperate the problem, which I didn't know was possible until today. Having traveled to numerous countries throughout my life, I'm quite confident in saying this is the most poorly run - and often the dirtiest - airport I've ever been through. Tonight at midnight, it took 3hrs to get off the plane and through customs, even though our flight arrived on time and is a weekly scheduled (thus expected) flight. You should hear the visitors to Canada laugh at the disorganization, as we sit on the tarmac de-planing 50ppl at a time. Their sense of humor is quickly replaced with frustration once they see the customs lines they have to wait in. Get it together, GTAA. You're an embarrassment and a poor first impression for those visiting our beautiful country.

What a joke! Rest of the world moves on and Pearson is working like COVID just started. 1hr 20mins and still not at passport control. And what's the point of pushing the T3 arrivals area further back? Now instead of people having a big area to stand in, everyone is standing crammed in the passage way making it difficult to get out. People are being funneled in and out of a single exit when there is a perfectly good working door next to it. I'm embarrassed at what all the international visitors have to see. COMPLETE GONG SHOW.

There wasn't any waiting when I arrived in Toronto from Edmonton at 4:30 pm on May 21 in Terminal 3 as well as on May 24 departure in T3.

The on-arrival test-and-isolate rule for air travellers arriving in #Canada from outside the U.S. is not operating at 100% just yet. But it's happening, at random, as travel advisors witnessed last night at a busy #TorontoPearson airport. This, and a first-hand account of how #CBSA is treating #ArriveCAN these days. ✈️ #cdnpoli #COVID19travel #YYZ Warm and friendly Airport adorned with colours that will lift your mood. Exhilarating but busy time of the year. Friendly staff.
