I needed to return home to Toronto after spending several months out of the country. Knowing that everyone arriving at Pearson Airport is sent to hotels for 3 days at own expense, I decided to go through US Buffalo. Walking through the market, I stopped at the GTA BLACK CAR SERVICE company. Having made a reservation online, I immediately received a confirmation of the order and a list of requirements for crossing the border. I flew with an elderly mother and really wanted her not to be nervous and everything have to be fine. There were simply requirements that we could not fulfill with all our desire, namely, to have a negative test for Covid from the US, since we had a very short connection between flights. That said, we had a 24 hour negative test for Covid and a certificate of complete vaccination. Upon arrival, I immediately received a message from the driver with full instructions on where he would be waiting for us. The car fully corresponded to the description and even better. But most of all we were struck by the sincere empathy of our driver Mansour, who, upon learning that we did not have a negative test for Covid from the US, immediately called his boss and together they developed a whole scheme of how we officially get this test in Buffalo. Everything went very well and I am very glad that we have such sympathetic and kind people in our new homeland. I recommend this company to everyone and I would like our driver Mansur to be additionally encouraged by the company management.

Ali was prompt and patient as Pearson staff took longer than necessary to figure out covid requirements. In the end it was the same price but so much more convenient to drive!
