p	payam crypto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst airlines, avoid it if you can, Cheap Airline, small old plane(more than 20 years old) with no entertainment at all, broken luggage during flight, they did nothing to replace the luggage, I had 30" Samsonite luggage broken during flight, in Vienna they offered me to take small 17" or 19" no name luggage instead, I had stop over in Vienna for a night, had to hang around in Vienna with a luggage with a broken wheel, at the end they said they were sorry! Is not comparable with any other European airlines. My advise: Pay little more and take a better airline. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PASSENGERS. Worst experience I ever had. Nightmare, Flying with them and you just have to be happy to arrive alive! Even 1 star is way too much for them. Those giving them five star are either from the company or they have not flown with any other airlines! How one could rate a 20 years old plane with no entertainment 5 stars!!!

The first one had a malfunction in the entertainment system (broken USB port, and loose headphone port), and the second one didn't serve me the special meal I ordered when I booked the flight, and then they deny me booking the meal with them so easily! Careless customer service and the poorest service ever. you will not get what you pay for.
A	A Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Austrian Airlines have cancelled my tickets and did not even bother telling me about this. I discovered this when I tried to check in to my flight. Surprisingly, I was able to buy tickets to exact flight and seats,just 300$ more. After contacting them I got no refund and only excuses.
N	Nazanin Afghan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Austrian Airlines is the worst airline and horrible customer service. The luggage got broken and were handed to my mum and brother soaked wet. The interior items arrived damaged, and no one even apologized. After following up for more than three weeks, they ask us to bring an official letter that the bags cannot be repaired and the picture of items being damaged and their receipt in order to be compensated. The complaint department was so rude that if we give anything, it is out of our goodwill. And even by calling the Toronto Office no one helped. Basically, customers are paying them NOT to do their jobs! The one star is only because my family got home alive! I do have the email communications in hand in case anyone wanted to know how do they treat their customers.

They cancelled my flight without any notice and did not provide any alternative flight! Booked 4 months before departure, now I have to buy new flight paying extra $700!! They don't care about your complaints. I don't recommend at all.
L	Lucia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible custom service, flight attendants and company employees very unpleasant and grumpy to customers with no interest to solve problems. Very difficult and take ages to communicate with customer service. Service unfortunately went significantly down in last years.
