A	Ahmed Inamdar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly trained employees. I booked my ticket from Toronto > London > Delhi > Hyderabad for Nov 28, 2020. As a proactive passenger, I called on Nov 22 to inquire if a COVID test is required to board the flight (since the information on their website was very confusing), and I was told it was NOT if traveling to Hyderabad. Then I get a call on Nov 26 from a very rude and hostile employee (Lynne/Leena) from the Toronto office informing me that I do need a test. I ended spending most of the next two days talking to various employees and managers to clarify the back and forth stance they had, and I kept getting different information every time. And NO, it was not an entry restriction by the Government of India because I consulted the Consulate General of India and they said they I would be allowed entry because I had a valid entry visa. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. It caused me a lot of stress at the last minute. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid the torture.

It was horrible experience with this company.
W	Wafik Youssef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My trip was from heathrow to cairo For five hours they just offered one small bottle of water and small snack bar There was No tvs screens ??‍♂️ One washroom for the whole plan - at least for the economy class The Seats don’t recline Narrow corridor and my seat was more into the corridor and everyone’s bottom pushed me in my seat
S	Super Trini Gamer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a Medical issue and had to cancel our flight. The staff at our gate was absolutely incredible. Phenomenal. Calm, collected and very sympathetic. They got our baggage sorted promptly and even re planned seats for us. We couldn't have asked for more from them, they were top class for us. Thank you BA! You made what was a stressful event into something that was so much less worse than it could've been.
