By far the worst airline and experience I ever went through. Their staff are disrespectful, rude, and ignorant. I had a ticket to Dubai to go see my family during this pandemic. The ticket was for the duration of 3 months. They refused to let me board the plane, refused to help me with my issue, and refused to listen to anything I had to say. I was trying to explain to them as a US citizen I can get a 1 month ON ARRIVAL VISA, hence when I land in Dubai, and I can ask for an extension at passport control and pay the extra fees there. They refused to listen to me, treated me as a child, thinking they no more than me about the country I lived in for 18 years and treated me with the utmost disrespect. I’m posting their picture in order for people to know who they are, as these people do not deserve to have the job they have. To be a supervisor, you have no right to threaten me, cuss at me, and treat me with disrespect. When asked β€œare you the supervisor?” She replied with β€œunfortunately”. And when asked what’s your name? She replied with β€œI’m not fkn telling you, leave before I call the police” her name is Asma, she is wearing the hijab, and she does not deserve to work anymore

Lufthansa is hands down the best airline if you're flying to or connecting in Europe. I've always had an amazing experience with their gate agents, flight attendants and conceirge. I've flown in all classes with them, economy, business and first and their service provider mindset and customer service is extremely hard to beat, regardless of what class I'm flying in. Their planes are well maintained, and crew really takes pride in keeping them clean and looking and smelling fresh. I'd highly recommend flying Lufthansa to anyone who's going anywhere in Europe or even further, you ready have to experience their professionalism and customer service to know what I'm talking about.

Got where I was going. But plane was late both ways. Packed planes. Pasta was eatable though I would hesitate to call it real food. Employees can be terse at times. Though I have seen worse.

One of the most friendly staff on this airline. Took Lufthansa all on my trip to and around Germany. One of the best airlines I’ve ever been on. They do feed you a lot. They have constant snacks and they have a wide range of alcoholic drinks. Plenty to choose from. Just a tip that my seat area was a bit dirty when I got on board but other than that.. it was fantastic.

They were great until they lost my luggage. When I was calling around trying to find it the call center told me that it wasn't their job and that I should wait 5 days and call back. Surprising lack of empathy and basic customer service. Definitely won't fly with them again.

I bought flight. 4 tickets The Lufthansa has canceled part of flight segments. They promised me to return the money for this segments. Till today I did not get money back. 3 moths !! The question is - when I can get my money back for canceled segments ? I have already contacted the Lufthansa service center regarding a refund request. The service center told me that they could not help me. In result - No contact with me, No money back.

Worst airline ever! Seats are as hard and small as they get and do not recline on a 8 hour flight. You have to pay for every check in bag and you find out at the airport, not when you buy your tickets. They charge you an arm and a leg if you want to watch movies or simply have the tiniest cup of coffee. Never again!

Will never use them again. Staff are fine but their whole online system is the worst. Amazing how a bad airline can ruin a great vacation. First off never book as a group with this airline. Most of our group PAID for upgraded seats, with selected locations. Confirmations received. Lufthansa tooknit upon themselves to make changes and most did not get what they paid for. Plus split most of the couples. How the heck can they screw this up so badly. Online checkin? You can't upgrade, baggage has to be done at the airport. Upgrades have to be done at the airport. Never ask for them to reprint your boarding passes once you checked in with selected seats. Your seats selection will change. The seats were the most uncomfortable especially on a long haul Canada to Europe.
