★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very bad and low standard flight from Toronto to Pakistan, they have four flights from YYZ to Pakistan every week. They have two flight for Islamabad one for Lahore and one for Karachi. Mostly Passengers are for Karachi and they have one flight for it, 2nd problem is that if you don’t take indirect flight to Karachi, Pakistan Custom give them the hard time at Islamabad airport. It is butter to take other option like Etihad or Emirates you also enjoy and discover other airport facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While all airlines let you book your seats online and sometime even make you pay for special seats, PIA BS continues and the one of the most corrupt management will keep these seats to serve their families and friends. Air hostesses are standing in your way like security guards without any respect or curtesy for even wheelchair passengers. This they even do in business and first class as well.
On top they have an office in downtown Toronto in a high-rise which is not easy to find. If you ever reach to the 6th floor, the reception is all you see. I strong believe they sleep and use that office as their residence. They offer no help and continue their BS. PIA has become a culture of corruption and favouritism of its very own kind. It’s needs to be abolished. They are no longer a service for its citizen or pride for Pakistan. From top to bottom staff is mean, disrespectful, mannerless, and are the “worst people to fly with”!!!
What a shame!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great airline with wonderful and professional pilots. Direct fligt is always the most convenient. However the organization and training of their staff on ground and in air for customer sevice is what's really they can work on.
