I just found a giant bug in my burrito (after I bit into it and tasted something bitter, yup.) All the staff had to say was "Sorry, can I make you another?!" I rightfully got a refund and told them that I hope they would be disposing of all the food, which it didn't seem like they were considering as they were already justifying how the bug could not have been in the meat, beans or rice and therefore would not be throwing those items out I have no idea if they or what they ended up tossing out... so save yourself from eating a bug burrito!

I never feel sick flying but I was nauseous for most of my 9 hour flight to Europe, and I am positive it is because of the chicken burrito bowl.
C	Chris Pickwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is legitimately the worst burrito I have ever had! The hot sauce tastes like ketchup. The "chicken" comes out of pre portioned bags and is tasteless cubes of white sponge. The rice was disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, really.

The steak looked boiled, the vegetables were certainly not fresh, and the cheese was wet. I almost immediately threw up when I felt the texture of the food in my mouth. I have never, ever had such a horrible burrito. I recommend you stay far, far away from that place. Smashburger is a better option. You've been warned.

The veggies were. Few pieces of tomatoes and literally one tablespoon of corn. She dumped lettuce and cabbage on top to disguise the fact that there’s almost no food in this bowl. Horrible.
