★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Crave is located in the International terminal of the Toronto Airport (YYZ).
First off, it's airport food. So you're pretty limited when it comes to options and no real say in the price since you're stuck in that area until your plane arrives.
That being said this place is really just okay overall. It's overpriced for street food essentially. The food is doesn't even taste all that amazing either. I mean it's not bad but for the up charge you would think you would get something of value in return right?
I think most people probably just come here for the bar when they realize that their plane just got delayed and after a few drinks the food portion of the menu suddenly looks appetizing.
To each, their own I guess. Definitely better options near the Duty Free store to check out. This place offers it's own dining area but that's about it though. Up to you but I would explore a bit before settling on this place for food. For the bar though, drink to your hearts content! Damn those flight delays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too much, I would leave less if I could. The food is absolutely horrible, but the waitress was at least nice. The owner should be embarrassed to serve this quality of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for breakfast and the lady said they have burgers. I told her specifically that there should be no meat. My flight announced boarding so I took my food and when I opened it had meat in it.
They had egg etc and the lady punched the order and said she can’t cancel. I was courteous to not make it an issue and then I got this Thanks for robbing 27 dollars from me. Terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want the worst costumer service, then come to this place. They literally want us to sit in a place that doesn’t even have space. I don’t have to say that I have anxiety problems and other stuff to get a properly space to eat. It was insane.
I don’t care if I have to order to go to eat in a better place. So I told to one of the servers and she told me “okay”
So when I was to orden other server told me that they don't do to go. I was explaining to him that the other server told me that it was ok. And he just ignore me and walk away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poutine is IDENTICAL to McDonald’s, only difference is the $13 price tag and the cheese and gravy was cold but hey, no surprises for an airport. Sadly no other menu options for vegetarian/gluten free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host was great and so friendly over the weekend! I had a brunch made for champs...so filling but so tasty. I would recommend adding a couple balanced options as it was a bit carb and meat heavy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location centrally located in Terminal 3 at Pearson International Airport. Always my go to spot for great Montreal style poutine and an ice cold glass of wine! The servers are friendly and the food is great! I did speak with the Manager and told him I loved the ambiance and always enjoyed having a nice meal there before my flights. He was rather rude and brushed me off abruptly. I was quite taken back as you would think after being in a two year long pandemic Managers would welcome additional business in their establishments - especially since they only recently opened back up after being closed during the pandemic. Sadly, this was not the case with the Manager at this location. I'll be back as I do love the food and the servers are always warm and really take care of their customers!
