★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff made me miss my flight and refuse to refund it. They took too long checking my passport and by the time they confirmed that nothing was wrong, my flight left and they didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize or arrange an accommodation. DO NOT TAKE THIS AIRLINE! They’re customer service is unhelpful and their website is even worse. Why are their prices cheap, THIS IS WHY! Not worth it!
