it's a caso when you have to complain for something wrong nobody cares...no organization at all!! after 3 weeks I'm still waiting for someone fixes my spelling name just agents play ping pong !!??

Been trying contact the hotline for days now but i am put on hold for hrs. Want to rebook my flight but they are giving me the same date and day of flight. Waste of time.

Brings the same world-famous service and hospitality the Philippines is known for to Canada. Indeed, it's as if you've never left the country..... Such as a hotline/phone number which nobody answers. I just have a quick question and nobody seems to be manning their lines. It's exactly the same in Manila, I thought it would be different in Canada but noooo, Philippine airlines truly makes you feel at home!

They deserve zero stars. I booked my ticket over 2 months ago and my flight is in less than a week. Suddenly yesterday they downgraded my ticket from premium economy which cost me an extra $2000 in the first place. They downgraded me to economy and offered no refund, compensation, upgrade options at all. The customer service is non existent, they are rude, unhelpful, dismissive and feel they did nothing wrong by downgrading my flight and stealing the extra $2000 I paid on top of the regular economy fee. Since customer service is non existent I suggest people report them to the Canadian Transport Agency or CTA to get anything resolved. They are scammers.
