I can't believe this call center belongs to Etihad airways! and I can't believe Etihad headquarters would have such terrible service and not care! I can't wrap my head around it ??‍♂️

Poor customer service, like any airline from under develop countries. No one has information on the questions on covid testing. Some of the agents does not even speak proper english. Agents for customer service for Canada are sitting in other countiries, so they do not have clue on issues of traveller from America. Made a mistake booking on this Airline.

Worse experience at Toronto airport, inefficient staff and operational team, issues and other problems are understandable, some staff’s attitude is not really nice not professional , team Etihad train them properly

Failed to tell me that I require a VISA for my flight. They knew and they did not - in any way - tell me. Not on Etihad App. Not in email. Nowhere. Until I went to airport packed n ready to fly and tried to check-in baggage. No other website on Google said that. NOWHERE. Only a secret etihad employees only webpage! Yes, the Etihad manager Anna at YYZ told me that and yes she admitted the wrong and apologized. Big deal. $Thousands of $$$ lost for me. Months of planning for many people. Broken promises. BECAUSE ETIHAD IS INCOMPETENT. AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. Always a near 1HR phone call waiting time. AND they said they cldnt email me with their response to the situation because their system is not set up for that. I have to call back again!

I am having a terrible experience with them. After booking my flight they changed the layover time from 3 hrs to 15 hrs. When I called to complain about this they said you can get a refund but I need to travel specifically I have 2 kids under 3 years and they can't wait 15 hrs on the chairs. So the company said it's not their responsibility to help me with my flight! IT'S THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

If I could give this business NEGATIVE 10 stars I would. They are horrible thieves. I purchased tickets on this airline more than nine weeks ago when my sister passed away suddenly. I had to cancel the tickets because they would not allow us to take her ashes as carry-on. They required that we check her ashes. My family did not feel comfortable doing this so I canceled the tickets within the refund window. Although I received an email from them that I would receive my refund before eight weeks since cancellation, it has now been more than nine weeks and they have not refunded even $1 to me. Furthermore they have asked for 1 million documents to document how she died and also her relationship to my father who was the passenger. I provided every single document that they asked for but they keep coming up with new excuses of why they won’t give me a refund. They are the worst airline I have ever worked with and I have traveled throughout my whole life. I will never use them for any travel needs for myself or my family in the future. Please be aware this is a horrible company
