★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 minutes just for my order to be wrong 3 times. I eventually settled for my burger when it was only the wrong patty, veggie rather than beef. Everytime I asked them to change it to be correct they lied to me and said I asked for something else and would all back each other up when I had the receipt. Staff were moody and were throwing burgers across the counter into the trash. Staff were also arguing and gossipping about how many breaks someone had been on. My girlfriend (vegan) received beef twice and staff rolled their eyes at her each time. To top it all off, £30 total with only 1 drink and having to order fries as extras for them to be cold. Close the restaurant and teach the staff some manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 burgers. One was the Toronto special. Was told they were out of the precooked bacon and asked if mushrooms were acceptable, the mustard was not available because ut was in the fridge, and that they couldn't remove lettuce. Took about 20 minutes as well. Staff were aggressive and a bit rude. Wouldn't overly recommend.

Burgers are not custom, as they either don't have the toppings or they won't let you add things how you like.
Most toppings weren't available. When I received my burger, the staff were super frugal with the toppings. They give you the equivalent of about 5ml of sauce in your burger. The burger patties are paper thin. I've had thicker and bigger beef patties at McDonald's (and paid less than $2 for that pleasure)
Oh, also expect a 20min wait.
What hurts most is how much you pay for such a depressing burger. Almost $40 for 2 depressing burgers with 2x fries (fries were $8 each!!!).
Save your money and time and don't go here.

DO NOT BUY HERE! 36.45 DOLLARS ONLY FOR 2 cheeseburgers, NO FRIES included and 1 bottle of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible burger and it was colddd after all that. They forgot my bacon and gave me attitude when I asked them to go light on the sauces. As a result, the cashier told the prepper to only put 2 sauces on. Lol. What. I called them out on this and said if this "burger is custom" for me then why are you removing my sauce options because y'yall too lazy to make that adjustment. Also...super slow line. I only bought the burger and a cold one at 13 bucks and change....get outta here. Go make some improvements. You're embarrassing yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Excruciatingly slow for counter serve food. 12ish people in front of me, took half an hour to get food.
-During your half-hour wait for food, you'll notice how dirty the restaurant is, the facade out front has piles of dust on it
-Expensive, $23 for burger and fries with no drink.
-Patty was no more than 3" in diameter, tasteless, cooked from frozen and pulled out of a warming drawer. Bun and fries were old and dry.
-Portions were super small, left hungry.
Can't say enough bad things about this spot, pearson should shut it down. Total embarrasment of a restaurant for the international terminal
