★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible wow... I ordered a spicy habareno burger this burger is $15. The lettuce was black, it was not spicy there was no tomato and the fries..drenched in oil and burnt looked like kid fries in a medium service pouch... I mean.. I will never again... A& W has gone to the dogs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and rude customer service. Half the staff can't speak English, which in itself is not the reason for the poor rating. The staff behind the counter treated customers with an attitude when asked for ketchup and tray for orders. Definitely gives customers with the impression that the staff didnt want to be there. Not entirely the kind of image A&W should be projecting to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really disappointed because A&W as a company is fantastic and most of their locations are, but this one was not. Two of my onion rings were burnt to a crisp, and the chicken tasted really off and was cold. Couldn’t even finish it because it tasted terrible. The service was fast though and the restaurant seemed fairly clean.

edit: I waited over 45 minutes to order, only to be told they don't serve regular burgers in the morning. I hope the manager can discuss speed of service with employees. will definitely never be eating at this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order entered incorrectly, counter staff acted like being there was an inconvenience. Checked my sandwich and not only was it wrong, but there was a bite shaped chunk missing. It was clearly cooked like that and not pulled at that point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming through this airport regularly it’s a nice place to stop in for an affordable meal. I love that they have vegan options. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Once I was disappointed to find they he discontinued the beyond breakfast sandwich and a lovely human working the counter gave her personal suggestion for a breakfast vegetarian sandwich hack! It was awesome and so was the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointing experience. I couldn’t find the silver lining here. I waited almost 40 mins in line before ordering around 5:30am. Several people gave up and left the line. No idea why “fast food” takes that long. The place was dirty even at that time in the morning, garbage cans overflowing out onto counter, no surfaces wiped down, looked like no one cleaned up at close the night before. When it was my turn I wanted to order the breakfast platter but I don’t eat meat and didn’t want toast. I asked if I could substitute the bacon, sausages and toast ($3.49 value) for a pancake ($1.79 value). I was refused. That meant I had to order my pancake, hashbrown, 2 eggs over easy, and tomato slices individually as side orders. I also ordered a coffee and orange juice. My bill came to $16.77 which was far higher than my calculations, but the bill issued to me wasn’t itemized for me to be able to confirm. When my order was ready it came packaged separately in 3 different giant plastic domed platters- pancake in one, eggs and tomato in another, and a hash brown and cutlery in the third. I tried to find a clean surface to transfer everything to one plate. The eggs were way over cooked, as was the almost-burnt hashbrown, the pancake was cold, the orange juice was super watered down and the coffee tasted like the smell of an ashtray. Honestly the worst meal I’ve ever paid almost $17 for.
