★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Tim app for past 3 years! Same sign says machine is broken. Just say we don't scan. On the bright side, pricing was relatively the same. Which is good compare to other airport cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is in desperate need of glass cleaner and more people. Nothing "quick and efficient" about this location. You will pass a Starbucks before you reach this location in the terminal. Stop there before you reach this location as Starbucks is "too far back". Food is overpriced and menu is limited. The line gave me ample opportunity to wonder to myself why this location is allowed to stay open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was okay. Didnt take long to get my order. My only problem is im a tourist and the Homeless people hanging out in and out the place is turned me off. I only went once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim Hortons was in T1 Pearson. Service is reasonably good. But the place need to be a bit more cleaner. Food should not be just left over the counter. At least the price was good. Unlike some orther coffee chain.!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably slow. Took me nearly an hour just to get a coffee. No I am not lying. Maybe 20 people in line, got in line at 7:50 am finally got my coffee and sat down at 8:37. Yes I debated leaving the line but where else and I going to feed my Tim's Addiction. Please please, get more organized. An airport Tim Hortons should not be this pathetic and slow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase decaf coffee and a muffin. They cashier told me that she need to brew a fresh out, I was okay with that. So I paid. It came to greater than $4 (why I mention this will be listed below). The cashier came back 3 minutes later to let me know that they didn't have it and gave me cash back. What she didn't consider is that because it was more than $4, I was charged two taxes at 13% total as opposed to just 5% it would have been if the total as less than $4.

The only 'Rewards' you will earn at this location is paying the upchanged fee on items and get attitude from the staff because your at Pearson.
If I could give Zero Stars I would. BIG thumbs down?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location in the airport if your flight is near one of the gate. Relatively inexpensive place to grab a warm meal (a toasted bagel with butter cost only $1.80). The staff was kind enough to let me use my gift card by reading the 16 digit code out loud since they didn’t have a scanner. The bagel was quite burnt on the outside, it was almost crispy; so quality requires more attention.
