★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most disappointing experience ever. I had known about wahlburgers for years, finally came to one at the Toronto Airport. The service was horrific, the burger was hard and dry with a cheese that had looked as though it had been heated up for the 5th time. I am not one to complain but this was the worst decision, I should have grabbed a sandwich from a food cart that was going around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent burger if you’re travelling through YYZ and you want something unique esp. if you’re coming in from the west. Would have given 4 stars except the buns were still a bit cool (ie from being in the refrigerator).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not busy and took over 25 minutes to make a burger and fries (fries sold separate). Menu consist of (veggie) burger and variation of fries. Clear lack of awareness from the staff. Operational failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is comically bizarre; clerks I have encountered are terribly vapid and the wait time is an enigma, but that's not going to deter a 5-star review for a second, because this single item that I've ever ordered there is one of the best things I've ever tasted in my life.
I have no idea how good the deeper Wahlburger menu is in terms of quality, but this one item, the sausage breakfast sandwich is an absolute showstopper, and to me it doesn't even matter what the rest of the menu can deliver. I don't even understand how so few ingredients can end up being so good, but the product is just outstanding. I am gutted that due to Covid I am not in Pearson anymore for the time being, but I probably think about this sandwich once a week.
Please open locations outside the airport where I can purchase this item. Every ingredient used in this item is executed to absolute perfection, and the value versus typical horrendously overpriced airport food is hugely commendable. Brothers Wahlberg, if you are listening, humanity deserves to experience this, please free this item from the shackles of the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave me a menu with breakfast showing, won't sell me breakfast. Don't have Coke Zero, offered Diet Coke. Returned minute later to offer Coke since they are out of Diet Coke. Asked me if I want chicken or beef. I wanted breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the poutine! Lots of stringy cheese curd, just the right amount of gravy, and fries were fried right.
Burger was basic. Nothing special. Came in a plastic basket. Poutine came in a round paper cup.
No Canadian beers, but enough choices to cover all tastes.
Clean enough. Service was good.
