★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First trip in three years started great with a stop at Plaza Premium (Terminal 3). Charming hostess Vida welcomed me in, and started my Cuban vacay off right.
Nice, relaxed, clean vibe, good wifi and charging ports, excellent food and drink selections, but, most of all, a super friendly staff. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and flight ✈️.
Thumbs up to Vida and all the staff here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $80 for two of us for the worst food and drink selection. Cold food, warm drinks, minimal selection and top shelf pricing for items not on "base list". Not all credit cards accepted, have to wait for refund. McDonalds would have been a much better choice. Avoid!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located between Gate F57 and F51, the lounge is a very close walk away from the F US check site.
What do you need to enter? I simply entered by talking to the staff, handed my AMEX (to be swiped) and showed them my passport.
The staff were very polite, they are happy to help and also keep the site very clean. During the time I visited, it was very busy. Almost all of the seats were empty, so keep in mind. There's tables and cozy couches to relax in. If you're looking to your flight early, then I would recommend checking the lounge out.
When you're in, there is free food, fruits and snacks. I had chicken curry over rice with a corn salad on the side. Additionally had two small biscuits. There's also cookies but ask the staff/cook.
When you are finished with your plate, the staff (after a few minutes or noticing) will come and collect your tray. They definitely keep things clean here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly didn’t know a pickle could mould before coming here.
Small, dirty and visibly understaffed. Most drinks are not free but are the same price as normal terminal drinks.
Left to sit in the main terminal as it was more comfortable, didn’t smell as bad and had better selection of drinks for similar price. Didn’t try the food, but it looked visibly stale.
P.S. the Caesar in the photo is one of their paid drinks…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality lounge, sub standard food & the very cheapest of wines.
If you want a simple Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc you are told this is premium wine with a $7 surcharge for a small glass.
Not what one expects in an international airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service and friendly staff .Assistant manager Gurleen & team are amazing. I absolutely loved the service and the food was phenomenal ? the staff treated me with respect and were so kind and accommodating ? I will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 2 hours in this lounge while waiting to catch a connecting flight. The chairs are comfy, washroom is very clean, the staff are polite and helpful. The food isn’t bad as well ?
